Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence based system (100) for predictive emergency radiology workload management and imaging optimization. The system (100) comprises a data acquisition module (1), hospital integration interface module (2), artificial intelligence prediction engine (3), emergency imaging prioritization module (4), workflow optimization module (5), scanner scheduling module (6), radiation monitoring module (7), real-time analytics dashboard (8), and adaptive learning module (9). The system predicts emergency imaging workload using real-time and historical emergency department data, generates modality-specific demand forecasts for CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound, prioritizes urgent imaging studies, dynamically allocates radiologists, optimizes scanner scheduling, monitors CT utilization and cumulative radiation exposure, and displays operational analytics. The system supports cloud-based, multi-hospital, and teleradiology deployment for improving report turnaround time, reducing patient waiting time, balancing workload, and improving emergency radiology efficiency.
