A preprocessing module performs normalization and feature extraction, while an artificial intelligence prognostic engine generates predictive outputs associated with hepatic dysfunction, inflammatory escalation, cardiovascular complications, hospitalization risk, and mortality probability. The system further comprises an explainable artificial intelligence framework, a Hepato-Inflammatory Diabetic Prognostic Index (HIDPI™) scoring module, a clinical decision-support engine, and a cloud deployment infrastructure for telemedicine and remote healthcare integration. The invention enables adaptive predictive diabetic intelligence and personalized therapeutic guidance.
