MUMBAI, India, July 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611060418 A) filed by Comviva Technologies Limited on May 12, 2026, for Artificial Intelligence-Driven Intelligent System For Incident Classification, Predictive Analysis, Automated Assignment, And Guided Troubleshooting.
Inventors include Tripathy, Chandan Chandrasekhar; and Kumar, Suraj.
The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: Disclosed are a method and system that generate a structured remediation dataset for a computing anomaly event. The method receives an event record from one or more reporting sources and encodes the record into a dense vector using a pre-trained language model. Correlated historical event vectors are retrieved based on semantic similarity exceeding a threshold. The event record is classified into a module category by comparing the dense vector with pre-computed centroid vectors. A probable root cause is inferred using cascaded pattern-matching applied to the event record, the module category, and the correlated historical vectors. Resolver entities are ranked using a weighted suitability score based at least on domain expertise and current workload. The structured remediation dataset includes the probable root cause, resolver rankings, and investigation directives derived from the correlated historical vectors.
