The system employs an ESP32 microcontroller as the core processing unit to acquire real-time data from sensors such as heart rate, body temperature (DHT22), motion and fall detection (MPU6050), and hydration levels, while incorporating GPS for location tracking. An Adaptive Risk Evaluation Engine computes a dynamic composite risk score by fusing multi-factor inputs with temporal and environmental context, enabling context-aware decision making and multi- stage alert escalation. Key features include automatic fall detection with immediate notifications, medication and hydration reminders in multiple languages with voice feedback, emergency calling/SMS to predefined contacts, and seamless cloud integration for remote caregiver monitoring. Deployed as a compact, user-friendly wearable with OLED display, buzzer alerts, and push-button acknowledgment, the invention overcomes the fragmentation and limitations of existing single-parameter devices, offering a unified, low-cost, and highly reliable solution for independent living and timely emergency response among the aging population.
