Abstract: The titled invention discloses a novel framework integrating Artificial Intelligence with Network Pharmacology to address complex neuropsychiatric disorders associated with Neuroinflammation. The system utilizes multi-omics datasets collected through the data acquisition and integration module (1), biological network construction through the knowledge graph construction module (3), and advanced machine learning models of the artificial intelligence and machine learning module (6) to identify interactions between herbal bio actives and synthetic drugs. The system further applies pathway enrichment through a network analysis and pathway mapping module (5) and predictive analytics of the artificial intelligence and machine learning module (6) to optimize combination efficacy and safety. Drug pair candidate generation module (7) generates a novel synergistic drug pairs with improved targeting of inflammatory signaling pathways. The virtual screening and synergy optimization module (8) demonstrates enhanced prediction accuracy and reduced toxicity risks compared to traditional methods. The molecular simulation and docking module (4) indicate improved therapeutic outcomes through optimized dosing strategies generated by the virtual screening and synergy optimization module (8). This Al- enabled platform further incorporates an explainability and interpretation module (9) and a validation and iterative refinement module (10) to provide a promising and scalable solution for precision combination therapy in neuropsychiatric disease management.
