The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence enabled sustainability integrated facility management optimization system and method for high-rise residential buildings. The invention provides a centralized computational platform configured to evaluate, monitor, predict, and optimize facility management operations and sustainability performance through real-time infrastructure analytics and intelligent data processing mechanisms. The system comprises a data acquisition module configured to collect multidimensional operational data from smart utility meters, occupancy sensors, environmental monitoring devices, maintenance management systems, resident interaction interfaces, and building automation infrastructures. A preprocessing and normalization engine validates and structures the collected datasets for analytical processing. A sustainability monitoring module evaluates environmental and operational sustainability parameters including energy efficiency, water utilization efficiency, waste management performance, and environmental quality conditions. A service quality evaluation engine generates sustainability-integrated facility management quality indices based upon computational analysis of multidimensional operational parameters. A predictive analytics engine utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques predicts residential satisfaction levels, loyalty outcomes, operational risks, and sustainability degradation patterns. An adaptive recommendation engine automatically generates infrastructure optimization recommendations associated with maintenance scheduling, complaint handling, sustainability enhancement, and resource allocation activities. A visualization dashboard displays real-time infrastructure analytics, predictive indicators, sustainability metrics, and operational recommendations to authorized administrative entities. The invention enables intelligent, scalable, and automated facility management optimization for improving operational efficiency, sustainability compliance, residential satisfaction, and long- term residential loyalty within high-rise residential infrastructures.
