MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611099289 A) filed by Noida International University on August 17, 2026, for Artificial Intelligence Parliamentary System For Predictive Legislative Impact And Collective Outcome Simulation.

Inventors include Md. Mohnish; Manju Kundu; and Sudesh Sangwan.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: An Artificial Intelligence-driven Parliamentary Intelligence System continuously collects, analyses, and correlates political, economic, social, legal, environmental, and geopolitical data with Bills and policies. The system operates as a Living Parliamentary Intelligence Engine and generates real-time policy intelligence for parliamentary decision-making. A Bill or policy is analysed in association with correlated multi-domain information to generate a predictive legislative impact assessment. The system further performs collective outcome simulation to predict short-term and long-term consequences across multiple domains rather than limiting evaluation to an isolated legislative effect. Continuous analysis permits the intelligence output to reflect evolving political, economic, social, legal, environmental, and geopolitical conditions. The system is applicable to parliamentary and governmental decision-support environments for prospective assessment of Bills and policies.
