Abstract: Disclosed is an assistance system (100) for providing personalized user support, the system (100) includes a user device (102) to engage with a user to receive inputs in the form of images, audio inputs, or text, a processing circuitry (204) coupled with the user device (102) and configured to convert the received inputs into machine-readable language by way of an image recognition, audio-to- text conversion, and natural language processing techniques, convert the received inputs into machine-readable language by way of, one of, image recognition, audio-to-text conversion, or natural language processing techniques, compare the received inputs with a prestored data to generate one or more choices to the user and facilitate the user to select one among the one or more optional data; and generate result representing one or more parameters associated with selected optional data.
