Abstract: An assistive device for holding beverage cups, comprising a circular plate 101 having an elongated handle 102 accessed by user, an imaging unit 103 mounted on plate 101 detects beverage cups presence near plate 101, multiple telescopically operated rods 104 arranged on plate 101 outer periphery positions a C-shaped extendable member 105 attached with each rod’s free-end towards detected cup, a motorized drawer arrangement 106 integrated within each members 105 for clamping of cup, an extendable L-shaped plate 101 arranged on members 105 to support cups on plate 101, multiple motorized pop-out balls 108 for holding pattern of cup, a robotic link 110 positions a motorized clamp 111 over cup to grip cup mouth portion and place over a fixed horizontal surface near plate 101, a telescopic link 112 arranged on plate 101 position a horizontal flap 114 near user’s body portion for covering user’s body surface.
