Abstract: An assistive device for organizing hook on a tow-hook holder, comprising a rectangular plate 101 engaged with tow-hook holder of a vehicle, a pair of clamping units 102 integrated with plate 101 to grip tow-hook holder, an imaging unit 103 installed on plate 101 detect hook presence nearby plate 101, multiple hinges integrated within plate 101 tilt plate 101 from lateral sides, multiple C-shaped clamps 104 configured on plate 101 hold and align hook over tow-hook holder at an upright orientation with respect to holder, a L-shaped rod 105 configured on apex of plate 101 and assembled with a hydraulic pusher 106 to provide thumping movement over hook for inserting hook on tow-hook holder, multiple pneumatic links 201 arranged on plate 101 rear portion position a suction unit 202 attached with free-end of each links 201 over frame of vehicle.
