MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641124705 A) filed by Synve Technologies Private Limited on October 18, 2026, for Assurance-Governed Durable Effect Execution With External Continuity And Evidence-Based Reconciliation.

Inventors include Pradeep B N; and Vishnu Bethamangala Rajanikanth.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: ASSURANCE-GOVERNED DURABLE EFFECT EXECUTION WITH EXTERNAL CONTINUITY AND EVIDENCE-BASED RECONCILIATION An assurance- governed execution system controls an external effect across a durable pre-effect boundary and later reconciles its outcome. A trusted kernel revalidates an exact effect and authority lineage and atomically persists an immutable dispatch fence. Provider dispatch is enabled only after an independently durable continuity authority records a database-position minimum covering the dispatch-creating commit. Reconstruction below the acknowledged minimum fails closed; valid recovery reuses the same dispatch lineage. In an embodiment, the continuity authority also enforces a trusted-time minimum. Receipt state is maintained separately from outcome evidence. Reconciliation evaluates a machine-verifiable historical outcome condition to produce SATISFIED, VIOLATED, or UNKNOWN. UNKNOWN and VIOLATED retain governed reservations; SATISFIED performs terminal settlement. Exact dependency revalidation, append-only history, and idempotent recovery prevent rollback, ambiguous responses, stale proof state, or missing receipts from producing duplicate execution authority or premature resource release.
