Abstract: An asymmetric encryption and authentication system for securing medical data comprises a medical plaintext image (P1), represented as a 256x256 pixel matrix, which is bonded with a first random phase mask (RPM1) to introduce randomness and enhance security. A Gyrator transform module processes this bonded image to produce an intermediate encrypted output (E1), which is then converted into a hologram (H11) using a phase-only computer-generated holography module. The hologram is decomposed into three matrices, R, U, and V, via a polar decomposition module, where U and V serve as private keys. Further encryption is achieved by multiplying the matrix R with a second random phase mask (RPM2), followed by processing through a second Gyrator transform module to yield a final ciphertext (C1). This final ciphertext, along with the private keys U and V, can be securely stored or transmitted over open channels, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of medical data.
