Abstract: Title: ATTENDANCE CHECKING TERMINAL WITH FACE IDENTITY FOR EMERGENCY ALERT AND EVACUATION 5 The present invention relates to an attendance checking terminal with facial identity verification and emergency alert functionality. The apparatus comprises a movable kiosk (1) supporting a desk (2) carrying an entry input terminal (3), an overhead face identity camera (4), an LCD screen (5), an loT interface (6), and a control panel (7). A 10 processing arrangement compares captured facial features with enrolled identity records and generates time-stamped attendance events. The apparatus maintains occupancy information associated with recorded entry and confirmed exit events. Upon receiving an authenticated emergency alert, the apparatus displays evacuation instructions and transmits available attendance information through the loT interface. 15 The system identifies unconfirmed evacuation status for verification by authorized safety personnel. The integrated arrangement supports relocatable attendance monitoring and coordinated emergency information management in buildings and institutional facilities.
