Abstract: An audio capturing and communication device, comprising a base platform 101 having a triangular stabilization member 102 to provide automatic levelling over uneven surfaces, a vertical telescopic column 103 through a first rotary joint 104, comprises carbon fibre composite nested segments providing lightweight structural rigidity and enabling height adjustment to accommodate seated and standing speakers, an articulated arm 105 via one or more second rotary joints 106 enabling multi- directional positioning, a plurality of torque sensors and accelerometers to detect external disturbances and mechanical vibrations and to trigger automatic compensation, an AI-powered audio processing engine with the microphone capsules 108 to real-time audio enhancement, a projection module in view of displaying real-time speech-to-text subtitles on a nearby surface, a depth- sensing camera 111 to detect predefined hand gestures within a hemispherical detection zone and to generate control signals.
