Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is a voice-first email management system having a user terminal with a microphone and an audio output transducer. A speech-recognition engine converts captured spoken input into recognized text. A backend server includes a command mapper that maps the recognized text to a predefined email operation, an authentication client that maintains an access token without exposing an email-service password, and an email-service interface that communicates with an email service under authorization established by the access token. The email-service interface executes the mapped email operation. A text-to-speech engine converts email content or operation feedback returned through the email-service interface into synthesized speech, and the audio output transducer emits the synthesized speech as an audible result of the executed email operation.
