Abstract: An automated asphalt based rumble strip application device comprises, a cuboidal housing 101 positioned over a surface of a road, multiple motorized Omni-directional wheels 102 for provide translation to the housing, a touch interactive display panel 103 for enable a user to provide input regrading a length and width of the asphalt, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit for evaluate 3d map od road, a LiDAR sensor for capturing and processing images of the road, a motorized sliding unit to position the members at user-specified width, hydraulic link 106 to extend and position the member, a laser sensor to monitor length of the road while applying the tapes, a motorized cutter to cut the tapes, an electronic valve 109 to dispense the adhesive primer and asphalt over the user-selected area, a air blower to remove excess asphalt, a robotic gripper 111 to remove the marking tapes.
