Abstract: An automated broom manufacturing device, comprising a housing 101 positioned over a ground surface, a display panel 102 installed over the housing 101 to enable user input commands, an imaging unit 103 installed within the housing 101 determining presence of broom bristles in a chamber 104 arranged within the housing 101, a motorized gripper 105 installed within the housing 101 to position bristles towards a motorized roller 106 installed within the housing 101, a pair of robotic arms 107 installed within the housing 101 to grip adhesive sheet wrapped over the roller 106, a motorized cutter 108 installed within the housing 101 to cut the sheet, a plate 109 configured within the housing 101 and installed with and a motorized two axis lead screw arrangement 201 to provide translation to a comb 202 configured with the arrangement 201 for combing and spreading the fastened bristles.
