Abstract: An automated ceramic utensils designing device comprises of a platform 101 developed to be positioned on a fixed surface, platform 101 is installed with a touch interactive display panel 102 for selecting a pattern, a rotatable disc 103 arranged on platform 101 and integrated with a pair of motorized clamping units 104 for engaging a ceramic utensil on disc 103, an imaging unit 105 installed on platform 101 for capturing and processing multiple images of platform 101, an electronically controlled spout 107 integrated in each section of container 106 via an extendable conduit 108 for dispensing bubbled solution, an ultrasonic sensor is integrated on platform 101 for monitoring amount of bubbled solution, motorized gripper 109 mounted on platform 101 to spread bubbled solution, an air blower 111 installed on platform 101 to blow air towards utensil, a non-contact moisture sensor is integrated on platform 101 for monitoring level of moisture.
