Abstract: An automated charging device for electronic gadgets, comprising a platform 101, a plurality of suction units 102 and a silicone anti-slip membrane that stabilize the platform 101 over a supporting surface, a charging arm assembly 103 to accommodate an electronic gadget of a user, a dual-rail linear bearing arrangement 103c to extend and retract the arm to reach the electronic gadget positioned at varying distances, a three-axis motorized gimbal arrangement 104 to provide omnidirectional rotational movement and precise angular positioning of the charging arm assembly 103, a connector assembly 105 to align and insert a charging plug into a charging port of the gadget, an AI-enabled imaging unit 106 to capture images of the gadget charging port and identify port location, orientation, and connector type, and a robotic end-effector 107 to guide precise insertion of the charging plug into the gadget charging port while preventing excessive insertion force.
