Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for automated public infrastructure grievance management. The system enables citizens to submit images and location data of public infrastructure issues through a client interface. An artificial intelligence module analyzes the submitted images, identifies the reported issue, validates the submission, and automatically generates a structured complaint report. The system further associates geographic information with the submitted media and determines the appropriate ward councillor or local authority based on the location of the reported issue. The validated complaint is then automatically routed to the responsible authority through a server-side processing architecture. The invention thereby provides automated image-based complaint generation, location verification, and jurisdiction-based routing for efficient management of public infrastructure grievances.
