Abstract: An automated coconut kernel extraction device, comprising a platform 101 developed to be positioned on a fixed surface by means of plurality of suction cups 102, a microphone 103 for enabling a user to provide input voice commands regarding extraction of kernel from a coconut placed on a rotatable plate 104, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 105 installed on the platform 101 determine dimensions of the coconut, a pair of motorized C-shaped clamps 106 via an extendable link grab the coconut, an ultrasonic sensor detects thickness of coconut shell, a blade 107 via an extendable L-shaped rod remove the top shell, a shape edges flap 108 loosen the coconut shell, a U-shaped member 109 by means of an extendable pole gets positioned over the top portion of the coconut, a motorized ball and socket joint provide flipping movement to the member 109, to extract kernel from the shell.
