Abstract: The present invention discloses an automated content moderation system configured to process user-generated content in real time using an integrated Natural Language Processing and machine learning framework. The system comprises a data ingestion module, a preprocessing engine configured to convert content into structured representations, and a contextual analysis module configured to extract semantic and linguistic features. A machine learning classification engine deployed on a distributed computing architecture processes the extracted features to generate probabilistic classification outputs corresponding to predefined moderation categories. A decision engine applies rule sets and threshold parameters to determine moderation actions. The system further includes a hardware optimization layer configured for memory caching, parallel execution, and dynamic resource allocation to reduce latency and improve throughput. A feedback module enables continuous model adaptation. Fig. 1
