Abstract: An automated crack repairing device for plastic surfaces, comprising a body 101 over which repairing is to be performed, an imaging unit 102 detects presence of crack on plastic surface, a motorized first gripper 103 positions a grinding wheel 104 over cracked portion of crack, to grind crack portion in order to smoothen the portion, a storage chamber 105 stores multiple metallic rods, a groove depicting different zigzag pattern accommodates rod in groove of particular plate by a motorized second gripper 107 assembled inside body 101, a motorized third gripper 108 integrated with a heat gun 109 to heat rod which in turn fits rod in groove, a flipping unit 110 accommodates molded rod, a pair of motorized ball and socket joint 113 turns flipping unit 110 upside down, and multiple electromagnetically powered springs 111 apply force on flipping unit 110 to infuse rod over crack..
