Abstract: An automated damaged screw extraction device, comprises of a platform 101 positioned over a damaged screw, pair of suction units 102 creates negative pressure to affix platform 101 with surface, an imaging unit 104 determines location and diameter of shank of screw, an inverted L-shaped telescopic rod 103 extend and retract in a coordinated manner to position a cavity 105 carved in platform 101 over screw, an motorized iris lid 106 in open for creating an appropriate space around screw, a multi-sectioned chamber 107 stored with multiple nuts of various diameters, a primary robotic link 108 withdraw nut from chamber 107 by means of an expandable clamp 109 and position over screw, a robotic arm 111 position a welding unit 110 around the nut via lid 106, an expandable pulley arrangement 201 provides contraction to member 113 in accordance with dimensions of nut.
