Abstract: An automated diagnostic device for batteries of electric and conventional vehicles, comprises of a housing 101 having extendable legs 103 with omnidirectional wheels 104, enabling adjustable height and movement across garage surfaces, a touchscreen display panel 102 installed on housing 101 for visualizing operational data and receiving user inputs to assess battery health of conventional and electric vehicles, a battery accessing module comprising robotic arms 105 for retrieving and positioning batteries onto a platform 106, an artificial intelligence-based imaging camera 107 paired with a corrosion sensor for capturing images and detecting corrosion or damage on batteries, a scanning module comprising a digital multi-meter 108 and OBD2 scanner 109 for measuring electrical parameters and diagnostic data, an environmental safety monitoring module for detecting hazards, an alert module for user notifications and an AI processing module for analyzing data and providing maintenance insights.
