Abstract: An automated electric motor dismantling device, comprising of a platform 101 with a motor storage and feed module to receive and present individual electric motors, a gripping and transfer clamp assembly 102 to pick and position the electric motor, an outer casing removal module to separate an external motor housing from an internal stator assembly, a casing release and separation assembly to disengage the separated external motor housing, a material extraction module to remove windings from the stator assembly, a winding stripping and separation arrangement to detach windings from insulating materials and residual stator components, a handling assembly to collect and segregate dismantled materials including the external motor housing and the windings, a sensor suite to monitor operational parameters including pressure, thickness, and jamming conditions.
