Abstract: An automated flatbread cutting device, comprising an elongated body 101 having a proximal and distal end 103, a handle 104 is attached with the proximal end 102 that is gripped by a user to position over a surface over which a flatbread is placed that is to be cut, an imaging unit 105 installed over the body 101 and synced with a laser measurement sensor for capturing and processing images of the flatbread based on which the microcontroller linked with the processor determines dimensions of the flatbread, a motorized sliding unit 106 installed over the body 101 to position a plate 107 configured with the sliding unit 106, in proximity to the flatbread, a sharp flap hinge 108 with one side of the plate 107 that actuates to lift the flatbread in a manner to transfer the flatbread over the plate 107 in accordance with the detected dimensions.
