Abstract: An automated glass marble manufacturing system, comprises of a framework 101 configured with a feed hopper 102 for receiving recycled glass feedstock, a motorized shredder 103 integrated within the hopper 102 to reduce the glass into small pieces, a grinding chamber 104 arranged diagonally with the feed hopper 102, to grind the small pieces into fine powdered glass mixture, a melting chamber 106 arranged with the grinding chamber 104 to receive the fine powdered glass mixture, one or more temperature sensors in multiple zones for monitoring and maintaining uniform melt temperature, a motorized stirrer 108 for ensuring homogeneity and preventing settling of colorants, a pair of skew rollers 111 arranged adjacently with the conduit 109, comprising primary forming skew rollers 111 inclined to receive molten glass droplets from the conduit 109, and the primary rollers 111a having integrated heating coils 107 to maintain high surface temperature and prevent sticking.
