Abstract: The invention relates to an automated inline package weighing and traceability identification system for rotor spinning, vortex spinning, and winding yarn machines. A conveyor system in a package doffing path, discharge conveyor, or package-transfer path cooperates with a laser distance sensor, loader, transport hanger carrying an RFID tag, overhead conveyor path, inline weighing module with at least one high-precision load cell, and a traceability identification unit having a laser printer and RFID reader/writer. A central processing and control unit synchronizes package-location events, machine-origin data, production data, measured weight, QR print data, RFID data, and record logging into a single package-level data record. The system enables weighing during normal production flow, printing a QR code on an inner surface or outer face of a package core, writing corresponding data to the RFID tag, cloud-linked database logging, and optional automatic diversion of out-of-tolerance yarn packages.
