Abstract: The present invention relates to an automated library management system implemented through a structurally integrated device configured to perform user registration, book registration, transaction management, and fine tracking in a unified manner. The system comprises a processing unit operatively coupled with a memory unit, a sensing unit configured to capture user and book identification data, a user interaction unit for receiving input and displaying transaction information, and a communication unit for data synchronization with external systems. The processing unit executes a sequence of operations including generation of unique user identifiers, registration of books based on machine-readable data, association of users with issued books, recording of issuance and return timestamps, and computation of fines based on delay duration and configurable parameters. The system further incorporates adaptive fine calculation, secure data storage, real-time notification generation, and inventory verification.
