Abstract: An automated metal plate design embossing device, comprising a platform 101, an input means 104 for enabling a user to provide input command regarding initiation of embossing operation, a robotic arm 105 to securely grasp a metal plate sheet from a feeding chamber 106 and place it over a processing area, a pair of articulated arms 107 to securely grasp the metal sheet for shaping operation, a pneumatic pusher 108 to apply controlled force on the metal sheet for shaping the sheet into user- specified utensil shape, wherein the articulated arms 107 bend the metal to form desired edge profiles; and a pair of robotic grippers 109 to securely grasp the metal sheet post-shaping and align it with a pair of motorized threaded rollers 110, each roller arranged via an L-shaped extendable bar 111, to feed the sheet for efficient edge shaping operation.
