Abstract: Title: Automated Microslide Coating System and method thereof The present invention relates to an automated microslide coating system (200) configured to provide uniform, repeatable, and high-throughput coating of microslides. The system comprises a rotary indexing assembly (300) including a rotating disc (310) directly coupled to a rotary actuator and a stationary disc (320) arranged concentrically thereto. Multiple processing stations including a loading station (400), spraying station (500), heating station (600), and unloading station (700) are arranged around the rotary indexing assembly. Microslides are sequentially transported between the stations through indexed rotary movement and are securely retained by an automatic clamping mechanism during processing. The spraying station applies coating material under controlled dispensing conditions, while the heating station performs drying or curing using a heating element (610) and temperature feedback control. An embedded control unit (250) coordinates station operations and supports IoT-enabled monitoring and remote configuration. The invention improves coating uniformity, process repeatability, operational efficiency, and automation while reducing manual intervention.
