Abstract: An automated pickle extraction device, comprises of a housing 101 for attachment to a pickle jar, a telescopic rod 102 integrated within the housing 101 for extending into the jar and engaging a pickle, an artificial intelligence (AI) camera 103 installed with the housing 101 for monitoring the serving area and the telescopic rod 102, a cutting unit 104 coupled to the telescopic rod 102 for slicing the engaged pickle before delivery, an articulated arm 105 attached to the telescopic rod 102 for positioning during cleaning operations, a motorized brush 106 mounted on the articulated arm 105 for scrubbing the telescopic rod 102 tip to maintain hygiene, a size detection sensor for verifying pickle dimensions before engagement, a force sensor for adjusting grip strength during handling, a draining means for removing excess liquid prior to delivery, and a thermal sensor for monitoring temperature inside the jar.
