Abstract: An automated pile cage reinforcement device, comprises a cuboidal body 101 positioned on a ground surface in proximity to a constructions site, motorized wheels 102 arranged underneath the body 101 provides movement to the body 101 on the surface, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 103 mounted on the body 101 captures images of the enclosure, a touch interactive display panel 104 mapped on the body 101 display 3D mapping, a pair of motorized hinge joints 105 arranged on the body 101 positions an extendable horizontal member 107 attached with the bar 106 over the pile cage, motorized clippers 201 installed on the member 107 grips an iron rod, an IR(Infrared) sensor detects dimensions of the pile cage, a weight sensor installed on the member 107 detects positioning of the rod over the member 107, pneumatic pushers 202 installed on the member 107 extends/retracts to lift the engaged member 107.
