Abstract: Abstract The present invention relates to an automated smart concrete mixing and quality monitoring system for on-site construction. The system comprises a material storage unit, an automated dispensing and weighing system, a conveyor system, a water supply module, an admixture supply module, an automated mixing chamber, a multi-sensor array, an intelligent processing and control unit, a communication interface, a cloud server, and a user interface. The sensor array continuously measures material quantity, moisture content, temperature, torque, rotational speed, vibration, motor current, and concrete workability during mixing. The intelligent processing unit evaluates concrete quality in real time using predictive algorithms and automatically adjusts operational parameters including water dosage, admixture quantity, mixer speed, and mixing duration whenever deviations are detected. Production records are transmitted to a cloud platform for remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, quality analytics, and digital documentation. The invention ensures consistent concrete quality, reduced material wastage, improved productivity, enhanced structural reliability, and comprehensive traceability of on-site concrete production.
