Abstract: An automated soap bar manufacturing device, comprising a housing 101 for accommodating operational components, an input means 102 for receiving user commands, a storage chamber 103 with a motorized iris lid 104 for dispensing controlled amounts of soap base onto a conveyer belt 105 for transporting the soap base, a Peltier unit 107 forming a molten mixture, a slidable articulated link 110 having a motorized clamp 111 for selecting and transferring ingredients, a grinding chamber 112 for pulverizing ingredients, electronic nozzles 114 for dispensing oils, a moulding assembly 118 with an integrated drying unit 119 and extendable duct 120 having an ECV 121 for shaping soap bars, a robotic arm 122 mounted on a vertical slider 123 for removing finished soap bars, and a speaker 124 for providing audible alerts.
