Abstract: The present invention relates to an automated sprout processor configured to perform soaking, sprouting, separating, and optional boiling of grains and legumes with minimal human intervention. The processor comprises an outer housing containing multiple grain loading bowls, a programmable control unit, automated water dispensing mechanisms, sprouting chambers, sensors, and a collection chamber. The system enables users to select grain types through a digital interface or mobile application, wherein predefined processing parameters are automatically executed for efficient sprout preparation. The invention further includes an integrated boiling chamber configured to provide mild or heavy boiling options according to user preference. Sensors continuously monitor temperature, humidity, and moisture conditions to optimize sprouting performance and prevent spoilage. The invention reduces manual effort, saves time, improves hygiene, and promotes healthy dietary habits by providing a convenient and intelligent solution for preparation of protein-rich sprouted and boiled grains.
