Abstract: An automated grain inspection and sorting system is disclosed, comprising a feeder hopper positioned above a vibrator arrangement to supply and distribute grains uniformly. The system includes a conveyor arrangement with a conveyor belt to receive distributed grains from the vibrator arrangement. An air suction module removes lightweight contaminants, while a magnetic plate eliminates ferrous contaminants from the grains. An inspection module, featuring an inverted U-shaped cabinet with cameras focused on the conveyor belt, captures images for detecting foreign substances, facilitated by an optimized imaging environment. A controller processes the captured images to identify foreign substances, automatically stops the conveyor belt upon detection, displays the location of contaminants on a display device, and restarts the conveyor belt upon removal of the contaminants. A collector hopper at the conveyor belt's end gathers the inspected and sorted grains. This system ensures efficient grain inspection, contaminant removal, and quality control. FIGS. 1A and 1B
