MUMBAI, India, July 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511132075 A) filed by Transformatio Technologies OPC Private Limited on December 26, 2025, for Automated System For Measurement Based Non Conformance Detection With Operator Confirmation, Rule Enforcement, And Machine Interlock.
Inventors include Ambika Sarup; and Gaurav Sarup.
The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.
Abstract: The invention relates to a system (100) and method (200) for machining quality control and governance through measurement-based non-conformance detection and enforcement. A gauging station (102) comprises at least one gauge head (104) configured to measure one or more dimensional parameters and one or more geometric form parameters of a machined component (106). A classification module (108) is configured to classify non-conformance and activate a dimensional non-conformance relay (110a) or a geometric non- conformance relay (110b). A PLC or microprocessor (112) processes relay signals and generates non-conformance data for transmission to a rule engine (114) through a communication network (116). A manual non-conformance recording interface (120) enables operator-initiated recording with confirmation. A timer module (128) generates reminder outputs (130). The rule engine (114) evaluates predefined quality rules and enforces compliance by interlocking a machining center (118). The invention provides real-time quality enforcement, accountability, and controlled machining operations.
