Abstract: An automated tyre and alloy maintenance device comprising a frame 101, an imaging unit 102 to detect an approaching four-wheeler vehicle and determine its position, a hinged plate 104 deployable based on detected position, a pair of hydraulic columns 105 arranged beneath plate 104 to stabilize plate 104 once vehicle is positioned, a scissor lift arrangement 106 centrally positioned on plate 104 to uplift vehicle to a predetermined height, a pair of L-shaped hydraulic bars 107 with flap 108 to stabilize vehicle, a dust sensor for detecting debris on tyre and alloy surfaces, a motorized slider with a motorized brush for cleaning, an electronic nozzle 110 for dispensing water for puncture detection, an electronic spout 112 with a pneumatic pin for sealant insertion, articulated clamps for placing a puncture strip, and eddy current sensors with a welding unit 117 for detecting and repairing alloy defects.
