Abstract: Abstract The present invention relates to an automated vehicle parking assistance system utilizing Internet of Things (loT) and cloud technologies for efficient monitoring of vehicle parking spaces. The system employs an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, TCRT5000 infrared proximity 5 sensor, and HMC5883L magnetic sensor to detect vehicle presence and determine the occupancy status of individual parking spaces. An ESP32-WROOM-32 microcontroller collects and processes the sensor outputs and determines whether each parking space is occupied or vacant. The integrated Wi-Fi interface of the ESP32-WROOM-32 transmits the processed parking information to a cloud platform for centralized storage, processing, and 10 real-time updating. The cloud platform maintains current parking-space availability information and enables users to access updated parking status through a connected interface. The proposed invention reduces manual parking-space monitoring, minimizes unnecessary vehicle searching, improves utilization of available parking spaces, and provides convenient parking assistance. The system is suitable for residential, commercial, institutional, hospital, 15 and public parking facilities.
