Abstract: An automated wooden pallet dismantling device, comprises of a frame 101 positioned on ground surface, motorized conveyer belt 102 arranged with frame 101 for accommodating wooden pallet to be dismantled, artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103 configured on frame 101 to monitor positioning of pallet on belt, pair of motorized grippers arranged on frame 101 to correctly align pallet on belt, plurality of motorized clamping units 104 arranged on frame 101 to acquire a grip on pallet, drill bit 105 integrated at ends of clamping units 104 to hold gripped pallet, plurality of pairs of motorized rollers 106 arranged on frame 101 for orienting the coiled wire, ultrasonic sensor to detect positioning of vertical and horizontal wooden strips and blocks, an angle sensor to monitor angle of intersection of strips and blocks, multi-sectioned container 109 arranged at base of frame 101 for collecting separated strips and blocks.
