Abstract: ABSTRACT AUTOMATIC BAG AND CARTON BOX ERECTION, CONE LOADING AND CLOSING SYSTEM The invention relates to an automatic packaging system for textile cone-yarn packages in flexible bags or carton boxes. In bag mode, moving bottom bed (16) maintains a topmost bag (5) at pickup height (15). Top vacuum-cup assembly (17) and bottom vacuum cups (27) open and position the bag. Guide arm (30), grippers (33) and adjustable clamps (35) hold the bag for loading. X-axis actuator (1) and Z-axis actuator (2) transfer cone-yarn packages (4) into the bag. Pressure pads (38) support the filled bag during transfer to stitching unit (45). In carton mode, carton blank (46) is erected, bottom-sealed, loaded and top-closed. Sensors confirm sequential operations and inhibit subsequent operations when required conditions are not satisfied.
