MUMBAI, India, Oct. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521029212 A) filed by Janyu Technologies Private Limited on March 27, 2025, for Automatic Dosing System For Monitoring And Controlling Quality Of Ready-Mix Concrete During Transit.

Inventors include Pillaiyar, Abhimanyu Raja; and Chiranjeevi, Sai Hemanth Manchella.

The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an automatic dosing system (100) and a method (300) for monitoring and controlling the quality of ready-mix concrete (RMC) contained within a silo (202) of a vehicle (200) during transit for maintaining desired flowability of the RMC. The system (100) includes an admixture doser (102), a controller (106), an interface unit, and a mobile device to predict a required quantity of admixture to be dosed into silo (202) upon measuring hydraulic pressure of silo (202) and real-time parameters of the admixture doser (102) and vehicle (200). The interface unit (104) and the mobile device (112) displays real-time parameters of admixture doser (102) and the vehicle (200) and receives inputs on customized quantity of admixture to be dosed from a user and remote user respectively such that the controller (106) bypasses automatic dosing for dosing customized quantity of admixture.
