Abstract: This project deals with the development of an "Automatic Hall Ticket Kiosk System" that is capable of generating hall tickets instantaneously through a kiosk. Generally, hall ticket generation involves a lot of hassle, where students are required to wait in long queues for their hall tickets to be generated. The proposed system includes an embedded controller, a touchscreen, a database connection, and a printer that can be used by students to enter their registration numbers or scan their ID cards to obtain their hall ticket. This is done automatically without human intervention by checking the details in a pre-fed database. The kiosk is a real-time system that minimizes human intervention in hall ticket generation. It can be used in colleges, universities, and even in training centers.
