The automatically adjusting sleep system includes a plurality of air chambers arranged within a mattress frame, each of the plurality of air chambers having a set air pressure contained within, a support frame coupled within the mattress frame and below the plurality of air chambers, one or more interconnecting air supply lines coupling the plurality of air chambers and corresponding air valves, the air valves being coupled to a source of air pressure used to adjusted air pressure in each of the plurality of air chambers, and one or more pressure sensors coupled to the one or more corresponding air valves indicating a current air pressure with each of the plurality of air chambers.
