Abstract: The present invention relates to an autonomous digital maintenance ecosystem for industrial machinery using hybrid intelligence and edge computing. The ecosystem comprises an industrial machinery information acquisition layer, an edge-based machinery analytics engine, a hybrid intelligence decision framework, an autonomous machinery health assessment module, a digital maintenance knowledge repository, a predictive service recommendation engine, a maintenance workflow orchestration module, a distributed resource coordination framework, a self-learning maintenance adaptation engine, a machinery lifecycle optimization module, an autonomous operational continuity manager, and an industrial maintenance visualization interface. Operational information acquired from industrial machinery is processed through distributed edge computing environments and hybrid intelligence methodologies to evaluate machinery conditions, estimate degradation tendencies, generate maintenance recommendations, coordinate maintenance activities, and optimize asset lifecycle performance. The invention continuously adapts analytical intelligence according to operational experiences and preserves production continuity, thereby improving machinery reliability, reducing unplanned downtime, optimizing maintenance resources, and enhancing industrial operational efficiency.
