Abstract: The present invention relates to an Autonomous Mobile Robotic Arm for Intelligent Warehouse, particularly to an integrated robotic system configured for autonomous material identification, sorting, transportation, and pick-and-place operations in industrial warehouse environments. The system comprises a mobile robotic base platform driven by electrically actuated drive motors, a multi-degree-of-freedom robotic arm mounted on the mobile platform, and an intelligent sensing and control architecture. The robotic arm is actuated by servo motors and is configured to perform accurate gripping, lifting, positioning, and placement of identified objects. A vision camera, LiDAR sensor, ultrasonic sensors, and motor encoders are integrated with the system to provide real-time information regarding object characteristics, surrounding obstacles, distance, position, and motion of the robotic components. An onboard processing unit executes object detection, localization, path planning, obstacle avoidance, navigation, and task scheduling algorithms. The mobile platform autonomously navigates through predefined or dynamically changing warehouse pathways and reaches designated work locations without continuous human intervention. A feedback-based PID control system provides precise motion and positional control of the mobile platform and robotic arm, while a task controller coordinates sensor data, navigation commands, object identification, gripping, sorting, and placement operations. The system is capable of dynamically responding to changes in the warehouse environment and performing multiple material-handling tasks. The invention reduces manual labour, minimizes handling errors, improves operational efficiency and workplace safety, and enables flexible automation for smart warehouses, logistics centres, manufacturing facilities, distribution centres, and Industry 4.0 applications.
