Abstract: An autonomous predictive self-healing system (100) for a reinforced concrete structure includes an embedded multi-modal sensor network (102) distributed within the reinforced concrete structure and configured to continuously acquire structural health parameters. A sensor fusion engine (104) integrates heterogeneous sensor data into a unified structural condition dataset. An artificial intelligence prediction engine (106) analyzes the unified structural condition dataset and predicts structural deterioration. A crack localization module (108) determines a three-dimensional position of a structural defect. A repair material reservoir (116) stores a repair material. An embedded microfluidic repair channel network (114) is fluidically coupled to the repair material reservoir (116). An intelligent micro-valve array (112) comprises selectively actuated micro-valves configured to control delivery of the repair material to the structural defect. A repair verification module (120) evaluates repair effectiveness using the structural health parameters.
