Abstract: An autonomous robotic sprayer system (100) for precision application of agrochemical substances in vining and canopy-forming crops is disclosed. The system comprises a compact mobile chassis (101) having a drive mechanism (102), an agrochemical storage tank (103), and a vertically adjustable telescopic mast assembly (104) supporting a plurality of multidirectional spray nozzles (105). Extendable spray arms (106) enable targeted spraying within dense crop foliage. A spray delivery system (107) regulates fluid pressure and flow for uniform deposition. Ultrasonic sensors (108) and a camera unit (109) facilitate autonomous navigation, canopy clearance detection, and obstacle avoidance under control of a control unit (110). The system enables adaptive three-dimensional spraying, reduced chemical wastage, minimized plant damage, and improved operational efficiency in precision agriculture.
